饮品终端市场开发策略

——便民店铺篇

便民店铺是饮品终端的市场核心部分,具有分布面积广、经营规模小、消费群体宽及信息反馈快等特点,对上市的新产品来讲,可通过对便民店铺的开发与推广,加速市场拓展步伐,并逐步形成以零售终端拉动其它销售渠道,从而全面提升大众化消费群体对品牌的认知度。具体操作可参考以下行销策略:

一、便民店铺对饮料产品的要求:

产品档次:便民店铺适于中低、中高档饮料产品的上市推广,高档产品不宜。

产品规格:宜走瓶装产品,听装次之,大容量(500ml之上)不太适合于便民店。

产品价格:适宜1~5元价位内的新品,其零售价应略低于商场、超市的卖价。

产品特征:符合大众化口味要求、风格独特、携带方便,功能性饮料须慎入。

消费群体:以青少年为主要消费群体,老少皆宜,须无特殊消费群体限定。

促销要求:多数便民店希望有礼品、店内POP、店招、DM宣传单等支持。

遍及各地的便民店铺是参差不齐,在经销位置、规模实力、服务水平等方面差异较大,所以,对这些店铺的选择应本着“以点带面”的原则,从目标区域精挑一批具有代表性的经销点作为“样板店”进行铺货,待其对附近其它网点有一定影响时,再扩展市场范围进行深度推广,在调查选择店铺时应注意以下几方面:

□ 根据自身产品特点与市场竞争状况,确定调查的时间、范围、数量、方法及投入的人力、资金等计划安排。
