1句首的润色构造要思量润色构造的逻辑和意思上的合理性：分词做句首的润色构造，其逻辑主语指向背面的句子主语。此时要思量能否合理，可将背面的润色构造还正本判定。 ===》 scholar were based on accounts of various ancient writers不合理
2词法： Based on….每每 GMAT中 Base都利用被静态， based on.
3代词指代不明白： B中的 it scholars base it(意思为their painting work)on various ancient writers' accounts,如果指a sketchy picture意思不太对,所以不晓得it指谁。
代词总的来讲应根据逻辑意思决议指代工具.象OG11里的they若根据逻辑来判定,有明白的指代工具,即主句的主语.但当ETS要说一个选项是错的时候,即便逻辑意思清晰,也被认作指代恍惚.所以完全拜托代词指代恍惚来决议谜底不可取.通俗我只把它作为末了一招.有其他区别就先看其他区别.
但有三个代词指代的错误, ETS以为必错
1.单双数不合等.如用they指代a person
2.在统一句句子中,统一个代词指代不合的东西 . (OG12)
3.代词指代全部格,而不是中央词 . (OG90)
4简练：C中 with accounts of和 used for a basis语意频频。 D中 they used润色不明白，也不合理，不简练。with + n.在句首默示physically拥有,比拟之下, with更夸张一种状况.而base, compare to这类分词省略形式是应该用主动的.ETS实在方向主动句,因为它夸张了举措发出者.
